with caramlised balsamic and local Adelaide Hills olive oil

tzatsiki, asian peanut, skordalia and poppy seed

Kalamata olives with grisinni sticks and lavash

 

 

ENTRÉE

Braised lamb tart with leek and roast capsicum finished with a woodside goats curd

or

Smoked salmon on a spring onion pancake with rocket and dill dressing

or

Duck and mushroom risotto with chorizo, baby spinach and shaved parmesan

 

 

MAIN COURSE

Roasted eye fillet of beef on a potato rosti with asparagus spears and finished with hollandaise sauce

or

Chicken breast filled with brie, spinach and pine nuts on a warm potato salad and finished with roasted capsicum and tomato couli

or

Seafood linguini with prawns, scallops, barramundi, black mussels, herbs, chilli and olive oil

 

 (all main course served with a mixed garden salad)

Chocolate box filled with strawberry mousse with berry couli and double cream
